Welcome Bear Gully Coastal CottagesAll our cottages have been designed to accommodate up to four people in comfort and privacy, and to maximise views of the magnificent and ever changing colours and personality of Wilson's Promontory, and beautiful Waratah Bay.
Each bedroom opens out through sliding glass doors onto decking directly overlooking the sea. The central living area consists of a fully fitted kitchen, a tasteful and comfortably furnished living room overlooking the Prom. There is a bathroom/laundry (including washing machine) and separate toilet. Other features include a Coonara style gas log heater, television, DVD, VCR, CD/radio, electric barbecue and carport parking.
A large undercover deck opens out from the living room - absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunrises and for viewing the setting of the sun over Wilson's Promontory, or in Summer, indulge in alfresco style dining. During the winter months it is just as beautiful as you sit by the fire watching the wind whipping up the waves.
Bear Gully is a very easy 2.5 hour drive from Melbourne. Nestled into the South Gippsland coast between Walkerville South and Cape Liptrap Lighthouse, it overlooks Waratah Bay to Wilson's Promontory and the islands of the Glennie and Anser Groups.
Bear Gully's foreshore is a haven of little sandy coves, rock pools of every shape and size. Ideal for swimming, snorkelling, skin-diving and fishing, and wonderful coastal walks. Kite flying is also very popular. |

 | The Rookery is the perfect venue for small groups and families of up to ten people. Upstairs there is a very large bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a very cosy little reading area for those looking for a quiet space. Downstairs is a very large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Two very attractive big bedrooms downstairs each contain a queen bed and a set of bunks. These bedrooms also have large wardrobe and storage space. Two bathrooms (one with laundry facilities) and two toilets. |  | | |

| Deposit and Cancellation Policy | | | BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit equally to 30% of your booking is required at time of booking. Full payment required within 14 days prior to arrival. (4 weeks for December and January). If booking within the 14 day period, full payment is required at time of booking confirmation. Each cottage sleeps a maximum of four (4) persons. Minimum booking 2 nights unless by prior arrangement.
We regret that we must add a surcharge of 1.8% for bookings paid by credit card. There is no surcharge for direct deposits - Bear Gully Coastal Cottages, BSB 063518, ACC 10212122
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than one week prior, we retain deposit. If we can rebook the cancelled dates, this deposit can be transferred to another date within six months. Cancellations made 10 days or less during the peak periods of December, January, Public holidays and long weekends will lose 50% of total amount of booking.
